I took the Microsoft AZ-104 exam on ***removed***, and I think am eligible for the Cyber Monday retake promotion. The promotion says that I can use the VUECyberMondayRetake promo code to schedule a retake between January 1 and April 17, 2025. But, when I try to schedule my retake on Pearson VUE for January 22, 2025, the system shows an error:

I have already contacted Pearson VUE support, but they directed me back to Microsoft, claiming the voucher is not issued by them. I am now stuck between Pearson VUE and Microsoft, and I need help resolving this issue.
