"Reminder of Pearson VUE Exam Appointment" received - but Appointment is gone in dashboard

I have received the appointment reminder and wanted to reschedule, but there is no appointment in the dashboard,
even though I'm logged in successfully and can find my certificates & badges.

Please help, as the 24 hours would end tomorrow afternoon.

Answer

Hello Stefan,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

We would also like to apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Let me guide you with the steps on how to reschedule your exam.

If you are still unable to reschedule your exam, please try the following recommendations:

1.     Use the new MS Edge browser that you can download here.

2.     Make sure to disable the Block all third party cookies function from the browser settings.

3.     Clear cache and cookies.

4.     Go to Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

5.     Sign in with your Microsoft account and password.

6.       On Your Dashboard, go to Exam Providers and click Pearson VUE.

7.       This will take you to the Exam Provider’s portal where you should be able to see your exam appointments/history.

If the steps above did not work, please provide us with the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder)  of the incident starting from the sign in page until you reach the error through private message so we can try to escalate it to our Support team. (please make sure to capture all steps above in the PSR).

Click the image as shown below to access the private message.

Meanwhile, you can still launch your exam by clicking the “check in to start exam” link that can be found in the exam registration email if it was registered through Pearson VUE.

For immediate assistance, you may also contact the Pearson VUE to help you reschedule the exam at no cost. You may reach their Support through Contact Pearson VUE

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
