Hi Chinmay
Thank you for the information you kindly provided.
After verifying the details on your MCIDs we found that one of your Certification profiles is connected to an active Microsoft Learn profile. The system will prioritize an account associated to MS Learn when merging profiles. For this reason, we are unable to complete your accounts merge until some specific conditions are met.
The next step for us to continue merging your profiles is deleting the Learn profile of the Certification Profile we specified via Private Message. For this, please follow the steps below:
Start an In-Private browsing session to avoid any browser related issues.
Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the email address you do not want to use for Certification purposes.
Access your learning dashboard by clicking the "Settings" option.
Click the "Delete your profile" option.
Click "Delete Profile".
Once the Learning Profile is deleted, we will merge the Certification Profiles.
Please let us know the result of the process.
We are looking forward to your response. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be concluded after two business days, once concluded you will not be able to reply through either channel.
Best regards,
Microsoft Community Support

Hello, Chinmay
Thank you so much for completing the steps.
We have finished the merging process for your duplicate profiles, all your certifications and exams will be listed in Your Certification Profile. Please keep in mind that it might take up to 48 hours for all the information in your profile to be visible.
We have listed the credentials of the resulting profile over the Private Message, please let us know if you have any inquiries or if you require further assistance.
Keep in mind that to avoid duplicate accounts in the future, it is necessary to use the same MCID and email associated with your current Microsoft Certification account.
If this solved your problem, please let us know clicking “Yes” where it says, “Did this solve your problem?” located in the bottom right corner of this post. This will let us know if your support experience helps you with your inquiry.
In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.
