I had the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, but I ended up letting it expire and losing it. I completed the AZ-305 certifications again first and then the AZ-104 to complete the prerequisite to recover, but it continues to be considered inactive on my profile, what should I do to activate it again?

If you are still unable to find your certificate, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.
