Replacement certificates

Hi there I need to replace the following Microsoft certificates from ******* but don't have the credentials anymore to view them online:

Microsoft Office Master Instructor            Office 2003

Microsoft Office Maser                              Office 2003

Microsoft Office Specialist                         Excel Expert 2003

Microsoft Office Specialist                         Word Expert 2003

Microsoft Office Specialist                         Outlook 2003

Microsoft Office Specialist                         PowerPoint 2003

According to your request, we understand that you are unable to see your Certificates MOS on your profile We are delighted to offer our assistance.

Unfortunately, the Office 2003 version of the Microsoft Office Specialist, Excel Expert 2003, Word Expert 2003, Outlook 2003, and PowerPoint 2003, certifications are no longer active.

To update these certificates, consider pursuing the Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps) certification by taking the MO-110 exam Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps) - Certifications | Microsoft Learn.

On the other hand, we want to notify you that our Microsoft Credentials team is presently focused on enhancing the seamless integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records.

Due to ongoing efforts, we currently face a temporary limitation in adding Certiport-earned certifications to Microsoft Learn profiles or merging the contents of Certiport and Microsoft Learn profiles. We anticipate completing our integration work in the upcoming months, after which your Learn record will comprehensively reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity. Regrettably, we are unable to offer support for Certiport certifications due to our lack of access to them.

While we work on integrating Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles, you can continue to manage your certifications through your Certiport Test Candidate account. There, you will have access to view, download, and share your certificates and Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can access your Certificates through the Certiport platform by following the steps below: 

 

  1. Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu. 

  2. Select the "Reports" tab.

  3. Click "Print Certificates."

  4. Select the program that you wish to print from the drop-down box or select "Any Program."

  5. Select the date range, you may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click "Search."

  6. All available certificates will be displayed. Check the box for the exams you wish to print and click "Print Certificates."

  7. Use the options within the PDF window to print or save a copy of the certificate.
