Reporting MS website error

Just here to report that the site is blowing up when navigating to https://membersiterpssit.lexase.p.azurewebsites.net/Directory/Preference

From MemberSite (microsoft.com) => Click Transcript Sharing (or any other buttom) ( https://membersiterpssit.lexase.p.azurewebsites.net/Directory/Preference ) => you are directed to Error (microsoft.com) using EDGE.

Error displayed:

Sorry, there is an internal error.
It is possible the site is currently not available. Please try again later.
The requested URL could not be processed.
If the problem persist, please contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center

DevTools:

Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined
