Request to change last name

I'm taking an AZ 900 (Azure Fundamentals) certification on the 17th of April and I would like to change my last name so that it would be identical to the one on my id (Change from "********" to "*********").

I already requested the change but I received the following response:

The Microsoft Certification support team has received a name change request for your Microsoft Certification profile.

As of the moment, our team only supports name updates for “Roman Alphabets”. In order to get the correct support due to region specific concerns, please contact your local regional service center (RSC) by following the steps below:

1. Go to https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/
2. Click “Ask a Question” on the upper part of the page.
3. Below the page, you’ll see the region options:
4. Before posting your question, select the categories that will best suit your concern:

Please, update my last name, so that I will not have any problems during the certification.

In this cases we have to await the response of the Name change team/Legal department team there are the one handling the requests, this cases of name changes take up to 2 business days to get updated.

We are glad you were able to do you exam with your test center, for the name change the Pearson Vue Team does not support non Latin alphabet letters, we will work so that in the future the non Latin characters will be accepted We would like to know if we can be of further assistance or if we shall proceed with the closure of this Forum
