Request to merge two Microsoft Certification Profiles

Hello,

I passed an exam with Certport last Friday and it looks like they have created a brand new MS Certification profile for me. I would like to merge it with my original profile so that I can see all exams and certifications in a single account.

Thank you so much for your patience and collaboration in this process.

 

We would like to inform you that we have merged your accounts and kept your preferred email address and MCID.

 

Please access Your Dashboard using your updated credentials, which we have shared with you through Private Message. 

 

Keep in mind that to avoid duplicate accounts in the future, it is required or necessary to use the same MCID and email associated with your current Microsoft Certification account when registering for exams.
