Hello,

I booked the AZ-204 exam using a voucher, but I would now prefer to take the AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions exam instead.

The AZ-204 exam is currently scheduled for *******, but I no longer see the reschedule option on Pearson VUE.

I kindly request:

To use the same voucher to schedule the AZ-400 exam around mid August.

Please confirm whether the voucher can be transferred and assist with scheduling the new exam.

Please know that for you to change your preferred exam you must first cancel your current booking at least 24 hours before the original date as per the Reschedule and Cancellation policy page to avoid forfeiting the exam fee.

Once done, you may now schedule a new one and for you to be guided accordingly, kindly visit Register and schedule an exam page for the step-by-step exam registration instructions.

Alternatively, for immediate assistance about any changes or modifications with the booked exam on your dashboard, I would recommend contacting your exam delivery provider since they have direct access to your exam appointment and can identify the seats available to have your exam scheduled on your preferred time/date from their system. In the meantime, if you are an active ESI Learner (part of an organization affiliated with the Enterprise Skills Initiative) and used company provided voucher, please contact the ESI support team directly. In the meantime, please be aware that the voucher code is for one-time use only and is subject to specific terms and conditions. I recommend reaching out directly to the voucher provider or issuing organization to explore any available alternatives or guidance on whether the same voucher can be reapplied to schedule your preferred exam.

Thank you for the prompt response.

I got the voucher from organisation for the AZ 204 exam and I booked the exam without paying any amount.

After exploring the exam I realised that the content(almost all) doesn't align with my knowledge in that field and the path that I'm pursuing so I decided to check for alternative solution and found that the AZ 400 exam is better alternative.

I can still reschedule the exam as I booked with the Pearson

Please let me know if there are any necessary steps that I need to take for transition to AZ 400.
