We understand that you want to transfer the profile from the old work account to your personal email. We will gladly assist.
Please be informed that due to the updates that have been implemented to the Learn platform over the course of the past few days, and the improvements in our security processes, our support team is no longer able to change any Microsoft Accounts associated with the Certification Profiles.
This means that previous services related to Certification Profiles (merging, migrations, legal name change, etc.) are now self-assisted by users.
With that said, we recommend you try to access the Learn portal using all the possible accounts that might have been used to schedule the exams.
If you are unable to access any accounts, we suggest you contact the Accounts and Billing Department by calling 1- 877-568-2495 in Canada, this team has trained professionals to help resolve your issue. For more useful information: Recover your account (live.com).
You must search on your records for any possible access credentials (email or phone) and check in which of them your certification progress is contained.
To locate the correct profile, we suggest trying all possible email addresses. Here are some tips to recover unexpected email addresses:
Check your browser history and save passwords.
Verify all email accounts you may have.
Check all emails domains.
Review all your previous work and personal accounts in MS Learn.
