Request you to allow me for re-schedule my examination

Hi Sir,

Yesterday, I was scheduled my PMP exam during the exam after 1:30 hrs I asked to proctor for 2 mint break for going to washroom they asked when u see break option then only u may go. When I saw 10 mint break on my screen then I went to the washroom for only 1 2 minutes When I returned back i saw the exam was revoked by the proctor. which was very unfair. For evidence u can check the chat box.

It is requested kindly allow me to reschedule my examination without any extra cost as I told I was clearly discussed with him & then only leave.

It is definitely unusual for the exam to be revoked despite following the break policy. Allow me to provide you recommendations about this concern.

Yes, it is indicated in the Frequently asked questions (FAQs) about online proctored exams page that breaks are allowed as long as there is an option to use it.

With this, we highly recommend calling the Pearson VUE customer service hotline so they can initiate an investigation. They also have direct access to your appointment where they can provide recommendations such as rescheduling the exam or other options. Please see their contact details by accessing the link below:

Once the investigation starts, Pearson VUE will give you a case number then one of their team members will contact you through email with the outcome of the investigation. Estimated time of their response is within 2-3 business days.

If you have not received an email from them after the given timeframe, kindly let us know.
