Requesting new MOS certificate access code

I had a Microsoft Office Specialist certification a few years ago. However, I failed to claim the certificate on time and when I tried to migrate, it shows this message:

"Unfortunately, this access code has expired. Microsoft takes the security of your information very seriously, so access codes are only active for a limited number of days. You may request a new access code from the login page"

I am unable to find the link to requesting a new access code.

Thanks in advance!

Hi, Irsyaad.

Thank you for sharing the information requested through Private Message.

To update the Microsoft account associated with your Certification Profile, we must complete the Migration process. To proceed with the Migration, please follow the steps below:

1. Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N.

2. Copy and paste the following URL into the private window’s address bar: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3. Access using a new personal Microsoft account (MSA). Please use your desired Microsoft account in this step, as the account used here will be associated with your Certification Profile.

4. If you are shown an error message, please select the option "Home." You can then copy and paste the URL from Step 2 into the search bar.

Once you finish this process, please let us know if you can connect your Certification Profile and access your Transcript by signing into your Learning dashboard with your new account and selecting "Certifications" in the navigation menu.

If your request has been resolved, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.

If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after two business days.
