Dear technical team,
I have tried to reschedule my DP-203 exam due on ***removed*** However through the official portal as described in the steps in this link:
The exam reservation is not visible in credentials, I have tried rescheduling through paerson but they point me back to Microsoft.
It seems that my ***removed*** account and ***removed*** account are not properly joined or something.
I can therefore not reschedule my appointment this coming ***removed***, I want to make a formal request to help me move the date to a later moment and not forfeit my attempt I already payed for.
So to clarify going to this part in my profile shows me nothing! However the reservation is confirmed on email.
