Reschedule exam due to sickness

I need to reschedule my exam scheduled for ***Removed***. Evening due to fever and unexplained chills. I just came back from the office and have not been feeling good all day Below are the details. Please cancel and i will reschedule for a latter date. Using the details you’ve shared; I was able to verify that your MD-102 is already tagged as "No show" on your record. As you've mentioned that you were unable to attend it, your fee will be forfeited. For your reference, you may visit the Exam reschedule and cancellation policy.

In addition, since the exam has been marked as a No-Show, this will no longer be reflected in your Certification dashboard. As a result, if you want to reschedule the exam, you may proceed in registering for the exam by following the initial steps outlined in Register and schedule an exam | Microsoft Learn.

With this, I highly recommend you reach out to your exam delivery provider for immediate assistance and to check options and recommendations. You may also inform them of the situation that you have, as they have the appropriate tools to check for other alternatives and/or modify your appointment. Peason VUE: Customer service :: Microsoft :: Pearson VUE (please know that their response usually takes 3–5 business days).
