Reschedule missed exam

I understand that you want to reschedule your exam at no cost.

Please know that the appointment on your Learning Dashboard will be removed once the appointment started or if the scheduled appointment is missed and you will be tagged as “no show”. 

As per our Rescheduling policy, If you fail to show up for your exam appointment or you don’t reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your entire exam fee. 

Note that you can reschedule your exam up to 30 hours after the original exam appointment. 

On this case, we would recommend you to contact the exam delivery provider for further assistance with rescheduling. You may also provide the reason why the exam was missed and it is within their discretion if they will allow you to reschedule without paying the fee.
