Rescheduling online AZ 900 exam to a Pearson Vue exam center

I want to reschedule my Pearson Vue AZ-900 exam to a Pearson Vue exam center. Earlier I got the registration done for taking the exam online (from home or office). My system met all the Pearson Vue requirements to take the exam but on the exam day after interacting with the Pearson Vue proctor on video call and he said that I am going to start your exam the connection from Pearson Vue got lost, it happened 3 times in a row and when I attempted to access the exam for the 4th time, it got too late and I could not get in. I raised the issue on MS community and Pearson Vue scheduled the exam again for August 17th 10:45 PM IST, this slot is not suitable for me and I want to reschedule it on a weekend after August 22nd Indian Standard Time at a Pearson Vue center in Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida location. To avoid the connection issue I wish to take the exam from a Pearson Vue center instead of taking it online. Please help me.

Allow me to provide you with the options on how you can change your exam appointment's delivery option from an online proctored exam to a testing center.

To change an exam delivery option, you need to cancel the entire appointment and schedule a new one and choose the testing center option.

In this case, I would recommend contacting your exam provider for immediate assistance in cancelling the appointment and scheduling a new one for you.
