Hi Jeya,
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.
We appreciate you for registering for the AZ-900 exam, and I can sense your need for urgent assistance to have this test rescheduled since you've been told by your proctor to do so. Have no doubt, allow me to provide guidance to your concern.
To verify and locate your account, please provide me the requested information through the Private Message I initiated.
And since you mentioned that your proctor advised you to reschedule the test, it's advisable to communicate directly with Pearson VUE as they have the right accesses and tools to provide the best resolution.
Pearson VUE Support https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact (They usually provide response within 3-5 business days through email, you can also contact them via phone call for prompt assistance)
Meanwhile, if your company is affiliated with Microsoft and you used a company discount to register this exam, please reach out the ESI support team. They are the dedicated team who handle exam issues with applied corporate discounts. I've forwarded their contact information through the Private message that I initiated.
@Julian, thank you for sharing your knowledge. What he mentioned is correct and aligned with our rescheduling policy. Kindly note that rescheduling the exam should happen at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled exam, otherwise the fee will be forfeited. If you utilized a company discount, the fee will be forfeited as well, and you'll be tagged as "No show".
I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. Thank you.
Best regards,
