As we understand from your post, you would like to know if there are any Certifications replacing Exams 70-778 and 70-768, as you were aiming to take these Exams but they have been retired. We are happy to help!
Unfortunately, as of now, no role-based Certifications have been developed to directly replace these Exams. Although there are Certifications available for Power BI, there are no Certifications focusing on SQL as of now.
