Retrieving MCP / MCDST Certificate

Good morning!  It's been roughly 10 years since I took the MCP / MCDST exams, and I'm looking to see if I can still gain access to those certificates for a prospective employer.  I no longer work for the company, so I no longer have access to the email I would have used then.  Is it possible to recover these certifications?

Thanks!

Kenny

Hi Kenny,

Thank you for responding on my private message with your account information needed.

I was able to locate your account now based on the details that you have provided. I have also sent a you a copy of your transcript to your primary email address to confirm if it’s the right exams/certificates that you need or looking for.

In order for you to access your account and to make sure that all of your exams and certificates are on the correct record as well, please follow the steps below:

1.     Go to the MCP Migration page.

2.     Sign in with your Microsoft account (Windows Live ID) and password that you will link to your MCP profile.

3.     Once signed in, enter your account credentials (MC ID and Access Code): *sent through private message*

After completing the steps, you will not be required to enter this information again since this is just a one-time process. You can login using your Microsoft account and password to Your dashboard moving forward without getting any issues. In addition, please access your MCP profile at least once every 12 months to keep your account active.
