Sandbox only activating for one hour rather than four

Hello,

I am trying to complete this module - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/learn/modules/secure-your-azure-sql-database/

The module content is over an hour long, however when activating the sandbox, my time is only limited to one hour rather than the usual four hours for a sandbox. Please can this be investigated.

Presently, MS Learn is not supported through the Microsoft Certification Program forums.
