SC-100 Beta Exam Results and Transcript

Hello,

I took the SC-100 Beta exam on REMOVED. Up until a few days ago, my transcript showed that I passed the beta exam, however, as of 7/11, it is now showing on Pearson Vue that the exam was not passed. I’m trying to confirm if my exam results are actually incorrect on the Pearson website. I also have a transcript that was printed (it is printed in code for some reason) that shows the exam was passed. Is there any way that my results can be looked into? Really frustrating to see that I’ve passed the exam one day, and then days later it’s showing that I failed. Perhaps too many people passed the Beta exam and we’re made to believe that we’ve failed to even out the playing field?

Unfortunately, I don’t currently have a Windows OS, so how would I be able to use PSR? Should I just record my actions another way while in the Microsoft Learn portal? Thank you.

Yes, you may use alternative recordings and make sure that it captured your sign in until accessing Transcript.

Once you have the recording you may attach it through private message along with the copy of your exam confirmation email.
