SC-200 Antispam rules

Per MS documentation: Use mail flow rules to the SCL in messages in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn

Creating transport rule to bypass spam filtering won't bypass High Confidence Phish emails (HPHISH) and messages with Malware. But if the MX record for the recipient domain doesn't point to Microsoft 365 (mail is routed through a third-party service or device first), a rule with Bypass spam filtering allows messages detected as High Confidence Phish by Microsoft 365 anti-spam filtering to be delivered to the Inbox.

Can someone elaborate? Do transport rules bypass high confidence phish emails or not?

Hi Kyle,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I recognize that you have concerns with the SC-200 exam, and I totally understand how significant it is to have this addressed. Allow me to help you further by providing the information you need.

Please be advised that the Exam Forum team's support is limited to technical problems pertaining to profile access, benefits, and exam registration. While the content of the exam is beyond our scope, since the skills measured on an exam are identified by subject matter experts external to Microsoft. For reference, you can visit Exam frequently asked questions.

Meanwhile, if you need any clarification about the exam, you can request an evaluation of the question or task via the challenge process by submitting exam challenge. To do this, kindly complete and submit the challenge form.

Once you have completed the challenge form, the Microsoft Credentialing team will review your submission for completeness.

Please be advised that the review takes approximately two weeks, and you will be notified once the investigation is complete.

For further information, kindly visit Credential challenge process | Microsoft Learn.

In addition, for your future reference, for better preparation you may browse Exam SC-200 and you can also review the Tips wherein you can check the study guide and visit the exam sandbox.

It is worth noting that the best way to prepare for an exam is to practice the skills listed in the “Skills measured” section of the exam details page. Hands-on experience with technology is required to successfully pass Microsoft Certification exams.

I hope this helps. If you have other clarifications or need additional assistance, please let me know.
