Hello Gabriel.
Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.
We understand that you encountered an error on the Become Microsoft Certified poster. We will gladly assist.
It appears that there might be some confusion regarding the naming of the certifications.
The SC-400 certification is titled "Administering Information Protection and Compliance in Microsoft 365" which will grant the Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Certificate, while the new SC-401 Beta certification is titled "Administering Information Security in Microsoft 365" associated with the Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate(beta) Certificate.
They are distinct certifications with different focuses, so it would be unusual for them to have the same name. If you have noticed the same name being used for both, it might be an error that needs to be addressed.
However, please bear in mind that if you click on each Certification, it will redirect you to the Certificate page with the correct name.
We would like to invite you to leave us your Feedback on this matter here: MS Learn support. Please see below for your reference:

Your poster at https://aka.ms/certposter is a globally published voucher for EVERYONE! You link to it at the bottom of EVERY page describing YOUR certifications! Why on earth do you need my details like that?
I’m not even gonna take the certification my self! I’m just a partner manager for one of your largest partners globally, driving internal culture and movement around certifications - we have passed 100s of them last year.
If you don’t like to get feedback to correct errors you have done to the public - fine!
