I am writing to report an issue regarding the purchase of a Microsoft certification exam voucher (MCP + retake) that I made over a week ago through the Pearson VUE Mind Hub website. The order was placed as a guest, and since then, I have not received any confirmation email or communication regarding my purchase. I have thoroughly checked my inbox and spam folder, but no confirmation or voucher has been sent.
It has been more than 12 hours since the payment was processed, and while the charge has been deducted from my bank account (retention already processed, money substracted), I am still awaiting the voucher. Additionally, I have reached out via email on three occasions, but I have not received any response from them.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know how we can proceed to ensure that I receive the voucher or further instructions.
