Secondary ID includes middle name

Hello.

I have 2 pieces of  government issued Identification - Passport & Drivers License.

After marriage, i dropped my middle name, and got a new passport, whereas drivers license details where not changes (non-required in Denmark).

I therefore have 2 different pieces of Identification papers:

* Passport (First & Last Name)

* Drivers License (First, Middle & Last Name).

How do I have my profile reflect this, as I need to present 2 ID's for Online Proctored Examinations?

- I have birth certificates on both names now, & a social security card with the current name.

Hi Anders Thøgersen

As per the Person VUE ID Policy, As long as the first and last name on your profile matches both of the IDs presented you will be allowed to take the test.

To make sure that you’ll be able to take the exam with two different names on the IDs, you may contact Pearson VUE support directly for clarifications or to request for exceptions.

Once confirmed, you provide your profile information for us to locate and verify your account and to proceed with the changes.

To view yourprivate message inbox, please click the icon on the top right side of the screen or the picture below:

Please note that once your name is updated, it will take 24-48 hours for the testing centers to recognize the changes.

I look forward to your response.

Please note that if no response has been received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.

Thank you.
