Sir am unable to login in my Pearson vue account please can you help me out..

Dear sir,

Please help me out to unblock my Pearson vue account, I strucked in taking Aramco CBT exam for civil Qc inspector.

Today morning am trying to take a appointment to my CBT exam, b7t I can't my Pearson vue account is blocked while doing payment process..


Please can you help me out, to unblock my account, sir I know my account Name and login password..


I contacted Pearson vue customer service they asked several questions, it's related to my personal vue profile.


Sir answer them what I know, and they are asking my Candidate ID number.. sir I don't know my ID profile number...



Sir please help me to take my Aramco CBT exam..

In order to better assist you with your inquiry, allow me to redirect you to the Pearson VUE support team who is responsible for supporting any issues encountered about Pearson VUE account, identifying your Candidate ID. They will be creating a separate case with a different reference ID and assist you from here. You may refer to their contact details in the link below:

Please be advised that if in case you received the error "You are currently restricted from signing in to your account. Please contact us to remove the restriction", you have to contact Pearson VUE customer service to remove the restriction.

For future reference, my team's scope of support covers assistance in exam registration and accessing Microsoft Certification profile/benefits.
