'Sorry, something went wrong. Please contact support.' message after using link in verification mail inside my university mailbox

After clicking link in my verification mail it directs me to page with 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please contact support.' message, making it impossible to verify my student status. Please kindly advise.

Hi Kamil,

Thank you for the response.

I have already reached out to our Support Team about your case and was advised you to provide the latest PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) via private message following the workaround provided below. Please make sure to capture all the steps so we can have a visibility as to why you are receiving that error.

I can also schedule you for a live call during our Operating Hours (5:30AM - 5:30PM PST) to help you in applying the code for exam registration. Please provide us your 3 feasible time and date, including your phone number.
