status on the Pearson VUE Exam History is showing the status "Score Pending"

Hi MS Team,

I appeared for the DP-300 examination and completed / passed the examination. However the status on the Pearson VUE Exam History is showing the status "Score Pending". The previous exam results were updated once the exams were completed. ( pass or fail and the score report).

And also let me know when the certificate would be available for download as this is bit urgent need to be shown to my organization.

As discussed by my colleague Salomi, please provide the PSR of the incident so she can check the steps you have taken and provide recommendations.
