Stuck at Please wait while we prepare your exam

I had scheduled my exam for today but even after completing the check in process, identity verification, uploading the pictures of room. 

I was shown "Please wait while we prepare your exam" and I kept on waiting for 2 hours and when contacted the support they said that they will arrange to reschedule the exam but when I to my dashboard to resched it give no option and says "I cannot resched this exam"

Can anyone please help ? or email address of support whom I can contact.

We know you're worried about rescheduling your exam however the Pearson VUE customer service wait-times are longer than usual right now. If you tried to reschedule yourself but couldn’t, I can help by sending your details to Pearson VUE and one of their support team members will contact you within 48 to  72 hours business hours. I just need to collect a few pieces of information, so I have initiated a private message session with you.
