Stuck on: You've proven you're a human. Need Help

i have a problem with my second email

( i can't provide the email here for the privacy)

i have the two step verification on

and this email which i am sending the question from is one of the verification

and the other verification is my phone number

i have access to the two methods

but the problem is that my account that was locked due to wrong attempts to login ( which it was not me )

is stuck on *you've proven you're human* and now i am stuck i can't reset my password because the verification code is not reaching my mobile phone number

it has been several days while i am trying

same thing

what should i do know

i need the account becaused i used to apply for universities so i need it as soon as possible so i can get response and follow the processs

please help me throughout this problem because i realy need my other hotnail account
