student exam pricing discount for Azure fundamentals AZ- 900?

Upon checking my resources, it is by design the discounted exams are only applicable to MCP exams. MTA and Fundamentals, as well as MOS are not eligible for academic discount. AZ-900 is a credit to earning a Fundamental certification.

This is for the reason that MTA examsand Fundamentals are already priced 60% less from MCP exams’ original price (for US candidates).

If you are considering to take an MCP exam, your student account will automatically be recognized by the system and apply academic pricing. Please be advised that pricing depends on the type of exam and the testing center where you would like to take it.
