They are responsible for addressing any concerns that may arise before, during, or after the exam, including updates to your exam status. Additionally, they manage scheduling, cancellations, and policy inquiries, with full access to available time slots and testing options to best support your certification needs.

Please be aware that their website offers the option to connect with support via live phone call for real-time assistance. You can select your region to view all available support channels in your area. Additionally, they’ve introduced a live chat feature that allows you to speak directly with an agent.

Additionally, for your awareness, we have received multiple reports from other candidates encountering the following error message: "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support."

 

This issue has been raised with our support team, and immediately received an update that there is indeed an intermittent issue with exam registration. To ensure that this doesn't happen, please make sure to clear your browser’s cache and cookies before trying again, as some candidates have successfully scheduled their exams after following these suggested steps.

Whether you're planning to take the SC-200 exam or another certification, and encounter the same, please provide the requested information in the private message, along with the recording of the entire process—starting from the troubleshooting until you receive the error. 

To ensure accurate screenshot captures, I recommend using the "Snipping Tool" and following these guidelines:

1.      Open the Snipping Tool: Please visit the Use Snipping Tool to capture screenshots as your guidance. If you don't find the Snipping Tool, get it from the Microsoft Store.
 

2.      Capture a screenshot of your entire screen, ensuring the browser link and timestamp are visible:

Use the Snipping Tool to systematically capture the required screenshots, ensuring each step is documented clearly. Begin by taking a screenshot before performing basic troubleshooting steps, such as clearing your cache and cookies and opening a new InPrivate Microsoft Edge browser to rule out any possible browser-related issues.

Next, log into your 
Microsoft Learn Profile and track each step leading to the error message. You can also refer to the Register and schedule an exam | Microsoft Learn page for guidance.

3.      Save and Share: Once you have captured the screenshots, save them and share them with us here. This will provide us with the information needed to assist you more effectively.
