system test for online exam

I cannot pass system test with my accessCode, but can pass the system test with my colleague's accesscode with the same laptop and network. Maybe something wrong with my accesscode?

Since the issue happened on the system test before taking the exam, please reach out directly to the customer service hotline of your selected exam provider so they can initiate an investigation on the technical issue you have experienced. They can also access your appointment for possible rescheduling, refund, or provide other recommendations. Please see their contact details by accessing their respective links below:

 

For Pearson VUE:

Once the investigation has been initiated, your exam provider will give you a case number and will contact you within 3-5 business days providing you the outcome of their investigation and their recommendation.
