Hi Microsoft,
I wanted to share my experience during MB-330 Pearson Vue online proctored exam which I have given on 1st July 2020.
The issue was because of two processes suddenly starting in background during the exam and so exam session was terminated. This happened 4 to 5 times. Exam session throws an error as security policy violation with a name of background process and session gets closed. One window remains open with an option to relaunch button enabled. User need to stop the processes which were displayed as a security violation and then relaunch the exam session. Thank God, after relaunching the exam it starts from the same page from where it was terminated J
As suggested by MS guidelines, I had already performed system test 2 to 3 times before couple of hours of exam, and I had already conveyed this with IT team and they had fixed those issues.
They were two processes 1. ApplicationFrameHost.exe and 2. SearchUI.exe which were causing problem for me,
I was following below steps to stop those services,
1.
ApplicationFrameHost.exe: Task manager> Locate and right click that process > End task.
2. SerchUI.exe. : a. cmd > type command
taskkill /f /im SearchUI.exe
b. Services > Locate "Windows search" service and right click > select "Stop".
But this was not working and both services were again starting and Pearson Vue exam engine was throwing error. So I wanted to know the exact solution from Microsoft/Pearson VUE have smooth exam experience without interruption. In my organization so many candidates willing to schedule exam but not doing so untill such issues resolved.
