The Address you provided is invalid, please provide a valid address and try again.

I have tried registering for an exam, but my correct street name is not accepted in the "Address 1" field.

Variants such as leaving out "-" in the street name or adding or subtracting a space between the words have not helped.

The error message is: "The address you provided is invalid; please provide a valid address and try again."

Hello, Phillips.

For you to be able to update your Certification profile, please attempt the following workaround steps over the course of the day:

1. From your Learn Profile, please attempt to register for any Exam. You will be taken to the Exam registration page, where it will be required that you complete your Certification profile details.

2. After you complete your details, click on "Continue" a new MCID and the MSA used for your Learn Profile should be displayed at the top right of your screen.

3. If you do not wish to proceed taking an Exam yet, complete only the details page until you are able to save your details.

4. To check if your Certification Profile was created, close and restart your browser on an InPrivate Window and log back to your Learn Profile.

5. Attempt to connect your Certification Profile to your Learn Profile (Log into your Learn Profile > Settings Account Management > +Add account. Log into your Certification Profile MSA.)

Once you have completed these steps, your Certification profile will then be completed as well.

Please note in cases where your government id only shows your first name, since the system requires you to fill out the last name in that space place a _ so it lets you create the account, the _ will not show up on the certificate.

Please consider when selecting the country, its indicator will be added automatically, sometimes users will input the country code in the "Area Code" (the code is often determined by region depending on the size of the country, or by service provider in the case of cellphone numbers) field causing the error. in that case place the first three number of your phone number as an area code

At the same time, please make sure you do not use any special characters in city/country/address such us æ, ø, å, ä, ö, etc… In case you keep receiving the same error message, please know the system does not take special characters in those cases use the English translation.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
