"The client does not have access rights to the content.", when trying to verify student school mail.

Hi,


I am a student, who is interrested in taking some of the certificates for students. However, I am running into a problem when trying to verify my school email.

I receive the verification confirmation email on my school email, but when I click the confirmation link I get the following response:


The client does not have access rights to the content.


I have both my personal email and school email connected to my Microsoft Learn profile.

Thanks for the help, but I solved it in the mean time by verifying with documentation instead of a school email address.

Please make sure that the browser is not signed in to any account when you click on the link to ensure that this will not detect other accounts. Kindly try to verify your academic status through the Certification profile which you can follow the steps on this page: Identify yourself as a student in your certification profile

In case you still receiving an error, please send us the complete PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) along with the requested information through the private message.
