The test center prevented me from taking the PTE exam due to name-mismatch

I had a scheduled exam ***Removed***,


however the test center prevented me from taking the PTE exam ***Removed***


due to name-mismatch (the name was correct but did not include my last name)


I need to reschedule the exam for ***Removed***,


this time in Barcelona and since the change name takes several days and my grade isn't upload (wouldn't be as I didn't take the exam)


is not letting me book a new exam.


Please also note that I've paid the exam fees from my personal account,


and I request a refund so I can reschedule a new exam.


It's not fair to pay again...
