Today I have tried attempting an assessment APPLIED SKILLS Develop an ASP.NET Core web app that consumes an API but the Assessment screen was stuck on "Please wait while connecting" and now even without attempting the exam I have a 72 Hours penalty? Can this be reset so that I can attempt the exam ASAP?
Assessment Id: 40907711

I have given this assessment in the past and that time it was all working fine but this time I can't even connect?

I have tested my internet connection and it was strong and working fine for everythig else.
Looks like an issue on Microsoft's side.
Can my 72 Hours clock be reset so that I can attempt the exam ASAP?

We hope that you continue your interest with Microsoft Credentials and your willingness to collaborate on investigating such issues.
