Training Exams, Voucher-less Discount - Help Instructions NOT Working, multiple errors

 

Greetings, I attended the AI Fundamentals training on April 8th. I have tried to follow all instructions to register for the exam, but I have received no email notice and there is no indication of the voucher-less discount either.

I have looked through the forum, but it is always the same instructions and those do not work.

I am asked multiple times to login again despite having logged in before. This was attempted on chrome, explorer, and edge. Including "incognito" and none of those worked. (Attached)

Furthermore, when I try to sign up for an exam I get another error (attached). If I try to schedule on certipoint the closest location is too far for me to commute, but the site also says there are no on-site exams either.

How am I supposed to register for an exam that isn't being given on a system that doesn't work with a discount that I was supposed to get but is non-existent?

None of the online advice in the forums is similar to my case and I am unable to do anything suggested around the "certifications dashboard", including Editing my Profile.

Hi Los_Z694,

 

Thank you for the provided information, it appears that you haven’t created your certification profile yet.

 

Please follow the steps below in creating your profile:

 

  1. Go to Microsoft.com/Learning.

  2. Click on 'Go to Certification Dashboard' (make sure that there is no account signed in).

  3. Sign in using your Microsoft account/Personal Email and password.

  4. On Your Dashboard, click on 'Edit your certification profile'.

  5. Enter your information. (note: Make sure to enter all information with red asterisk '*' sign).

  6. Click on Save (this will generate the MCID) then click on Continue.

 

Note that in order to proceed with the exam registration, you need to create a Learning Profile using a personal Microsoft Account. You will then have a chance to link your emails to claim your discount.

 

Please also make sure to remove all special characters and diacritics on your profile information (name and address) for this triggers the we can’t access error.

 

If the issue still persist, please also try the troubleshooting steps below to eliminate possible browser issue:

 

1. Use other browsers.

2. Clear browser cookies and cache or open browser in In Private mode.

3. On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

4. Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings.

5. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser or Internet explorer.

6. Make sure that your profile is updated and all field with red asterisk (*) should be filled with information. Please also remove all special characters in the profile information.

 

Then, send us a copy of a complete steps by step screen recording(PSR) from the trouble shooting steps until the claiming process of your exam.
