Training through credits

Hello team,

My employer and I are interested in some Microsoft trainings, including the MS-220 certification.

We were wondering if we can apply or obtain an exam voucher through the use of credits. Is this possible? If so, please share more details about it and, if not, we are happy to see the alternatives.

Thank you!

Antonia

Hi Antonia,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I appreciate your interest in knowing the exam voucher through the use of credits. Allow me to check on this.

If your organization is accredited with ESI program, as the ESI voucher policy states, it is best to reach out to the ESI support team first as they are the ones who handle and have a better understanding of the discounts obtained through your organization should you still want to use the offer. You can contact their Support team through the link below and please use your work email address when creating a ticket from them:

Moreover, kindly confirm the exam voucher or credits you are trying to obtain through the private message that I have initiated.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.

Best regards,
