Transcript not found

I am unable to find transcript in my certification dashboard. This needs to be shared in my school for voucher redemption.

Kindly, please follow these steps to rule out browsing related issues:

 

1.    Be sure to clear your browser’s cookies and cached history.

2.    Use InPrivate window using Microsoft edge.

3.    Click on this link to go to Your Dashboard.

4.    Use the credentials of your Learning Profile.

5.    Select View Transcript.

We know how important it is for you to see your certificates, take into account that to check your certificates you have to Sign-in with your Microsoft account to access to Your Dashboard.

Remember that once you have completed your Exams you will be able to obtain your certificates in view transcript and certificates.

Keep in mind, so you can view and access certificates on your dashboard. You must have taken some exam or proper path to get certification. Browse Certifications and Exams | Microsoft Docs

When you get your Certificate, you can follow the steps listed below and attempt to try the following troubleshooting:

  1. Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g. Edge)

  2. Clear cache and cookies. Make sure you check Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.

  3. On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.

  4. Allow all third-party cookies through the browser settings.

  5. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser or Internet explorer.

Remember that the minimum score for passing an Exam and Certification is 700 points. So you can be certified with Microsoft.

Keep in mind, so you can view and access certificates on your dashboard. You must have taken some exam or proper path to get certification. Browse Certifications and Exams | Microsoft Docs
