Trouble linking my Certification account to my Learn account

Hello,

I am currently trying to link my Certification account to my Learn account as I have registered for the AZ-900 exam, but when I go to do so through the Learn link, it says it does not detect any certification profile.

What do I do to ensure I can link my certification profile to my Learn account? They both use the same outlook email, so I'm not sure why it is not working.

As we understand from your post, you are unable to connect your profile to MS Learn; we will be happy to assist you.


To do so, we have initiated a Private Message for you to provide us with some details about your account and a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), where we can evidence the situation that you are facing (make sure we can see the email account you are using to access your profile).

Please include these steps:

  • Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

  • Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

 

Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings. Also remember to make an extra click to have the last picture.

 

You will be able to use the PSR following the link specified for your operating system:

Find the Private Message Feature on the top right corner of this screen as shown in the image below:
