With the help of the email address that you have provided, I have successfully verified your account.

 

Please use the login credentials and steps mentioned below in order to access the Microsoft Certification Dashboard:

 

1. Please use Internet Explorer and visit Microsoft Certification Dashboard

2. Use your preferred email address and password to link.

3. Enter the MC ID and Access Code (*please see private message*).

 

You will not be required to enter this information again and can log in using your Microsoft account and password moving forward. To keep your account active, please access your profile at least once every 12 months.

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked.
