Please know that there is an on-going delay with the verification code to be sent in your email. I also recommend checking your Spam/Junk as it may have landed on those files. Please note that you can click the “resend code” button to generate a new one.
Make sure you have the latest browser of Microsoft Edge
Open your browser in InPrivate mode
Clear browser cache and cookies
Sign back in to your Learn profile and try to redeem your discount again by following this instructional video.
