Trying to schedule an exam, get an error about my profile

I have taken all the self learning for AZ-900 and also scheduled the two day training for later this week (4/22-4/23).  I would like to schedule the certification exam for next week.

Whenever I try to schedule this with Pearson Vue, I get an error.

See attached.

I have tried all of these suggestions listed, including contacting Pearson Vue and they sent me to Microsoft.

I have my personal account linked to my corporate account.  I have a discount on the test from my corporate account.  I do see the discount.  I am able to click on it and claim it.  Then, when I click to schedule this error comes up every time.

To repeat: Pearson Vue sent me to Microsoft.

I have tried updating your profile. 

Please try to schedule your exam again. In the event that you are still having the same issue please send us another PSR starting from the login page until you reach the page where you are getting an error message. 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.
