Hello oluwasola emmanuel,
Thank you for your communication with Microsoft's community.
Based on your inquiry, we understand it is not possible for you to access one of your Microsoft Learn profile. We will be glad to clarify the corresponding information for your case.
Please be aware, with the changes implemented to our site on July 8th (links below), our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm any personal information to our customers from their Learn Profiles. This means that previous services related to Certification Profiles (merging, migrations, legal name change, etc.) are now self-assisted by users.
We understand how important it is to regain access to your account and sincerely empathize with any inconvenience caused by losing access. However, please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with recovering access to your account which is the only method to access your Microsoft Learn profile with your certifications. To ensure security and privacy, it will be necessary to complete the account recovery process provided by the platform or service associated with the account in question to then recover access to your Microsoft Learn profile.
For your convenience, we recommend directly following the steps outlined in the recovery process or reaching out to the account provider's support team, if applicable. They will have the appropriate mechanisms to guide you through recovering your access securely. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you have any other question do not hesitate to let us know, in case we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one (1) business day.
Best regards,
