unable to access MCP login portal

Hi

I raised a question regarding my MCP access and I didn't able to reply within 2 days so the thread got closed, hence raising new request.

I have MCP certified and I didn't logged in for few year, so can you please help me to retrieve them and link to my

account

Hi, Navya!

Thanks for the information provided via Private Message. After checking your account details, we kindly ask you to perform the following actions to begin the necessary alignment to use your MCID.

  

Please follow the steps below update your Email, this procedure is called Migration.

  

  • Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N. 

  

  

  • Sign in with the Microsoft Email Account that you want to use in your Microsoft's Certification Profile. 

  

  • If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP HOME” which will direct you to Your Dashboard. You can then copy and paste the same link into the search bar on step.

After completing these steps, the Migration screen should come up. The website should look like this:

It will ask you for these details:

 

  • MCID:  

  • Access Code:  

For personal information protection reasons, you will find these credentials in the Private Message

Please let us know if after the procedure, your account works properly and you are able to see your certificates.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after two business days.
