Unable to avail discount as per the mail sent

Hi,

I have taken online virtual training on 15th April'2021 and received an email communication for Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification exam at no cost. I logged  in with my MS account and tried to apply my registered email address. It says No discount available for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Kindly guide me through the same

Hi Neelima,

 

Participants who have completed a Microsoft Event after July 13, 2020 onwards are entitled for a voucherless discount by entering the registered email address on the Exam Discount page. Please note that it can take 5 business days after the event has concluded before you can use your exam discount.

Since you have attended the training on April 15, please try to redeem the discount on April 23.

 

Meanwhile, learners who faced issue redeeming/claiming their discounts may try the steps below:

 

  • Sign-out from the browser

  • Clear cache and Delete cookies. Restart your browser session

  • Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or try on a different browser

  • Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings

  • If you are using a work computer, you may try personal machine to ensure that there will be no restriction

  • On the Exam Discount page, enter the email address registered in the event in all lower case letters and “Check for Eligibility”
