Unable to book az-305 exam based on free ignite 2022 voucher

I have got a free exam voucher. however, after clicking on claimed window when I checkout it says to enter credit card details and it is not accepting the voucher can anyone help on this issue? Thank you!

Please know that the possible reason why it is asking for the full payment is due to redeeming the discount outside the validity. Make sure to select the date on or before February 15, 2023.
