Unable to book sc-400 exam error : 50057: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction

I have linked my personal account with my corporate account to book an Exam SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator and receive error message 50057: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction 

Please can you assist.

Hello Adin,

 

Thank you for your patience while we are actively working on your case.

 

I just received an update from our Support Team that the issue is now fixed.

 

Please try to schedule your exam again and may follow the troubleshooting steps initiated on my initial response if issue may arise.

 

You may also provide an updated PSR so I can revert back to our Support Team.

 

With regards to your two profiles, I am unable to see any two MCID associated to your Certification profile.

 

Let me know if this resolve your issue.
